Close the computer firewall and Anti-virus software

Install the Tsreader and Vlc Player

Open tsreader,click menu “File”—>”Select Source”,select Multicast UDP

Click “File”—>”Restart Source”,input the udp stream,select the PC IP,click OK,it will show stream

Add vlc to tsreader,find the follow setting,select vlc install folder

Click VLC—>Play,it can play udp stream on vlc

Open vlc player,input the udp address,it can play the strea（udp://@238.0.0.1:6010）

Do all above steps,if the udp still not output,please change another PC,do the same steps again.

Use tsreader record stream

Click PMT,Record—>Record MUX,Then save stream ****.ts,input time 60,it means record the stream 60 seconds.General record the stream,3-10minutes.You can send the stream to us by the link: https://www.myairbridge.com/en/#!/      https://wetransfer.com/

Note:

When you connect the device data port to the pc network port dorectly.Pleaase check the device data speed and RJ45 cable and PC network card speed.Most of the device data  nable to adapt, so the rates of the three need to be the same.
