Common issues are as follows:

  • The device can`t log in to the web of management page

1.Please check that the device network is connected properly and the light status of the device’s network port is normal. In generally, the green light is on and the orange light flashes.

2.What is the IP address of the device? Please check that the IP address is entered incorrectly, or the address is conflicting.

3.Open the CMD command, check if the device is connected with the ping command.

4.What is the IP of the computer to log on to the device page? And whether the device is on the same network segment. (Such as the device address is 192.168.2.100, the computer’s address should be 192.168.2.XXX).

5.Connect the device and the computer with network cable directly without any other device between them,check can login in or not.

6.Restore the factory settings, the default address is 192.168.1.168. Please hold down the reset button until the green and the network port lights are all off, then the device is reset successfully.

  • No stream output
  • The output stream not smooth
